Frequently Asked Questions.

(These can also be seen when entering the Lottery or on the Donr.com website).

How much will the school receive?

Marjorie Willis receives 51% of your entry, which works out as £1.02 from your £2.00 ticket cost.
This will be used for supporting Alderbrook School.

The remaining 49% (98p) goes towards covering the costs of running the lottery, including the prize pot, administration costs, processing fees and taxes.

Will my personal information be passed on?

We will not pass on your personal information to anyone else without your consent.

If you consent to your personal information being shared with Marjorie Willis, then Donr will make it available to us.
Marjorie Willis will not share this information with anyone else.
Otherwise, Donr will not share your personal information with anyone else including Marjorie Willis.

Donr and Marjorie Willis have privacy policies available on their websites.

Why has my entry Failed?

If you entered your phone number and verification code correctly, then the most likely reason for your entry to fail is because your mobile network provider is blocking it.
(This can be an issue with some reseller networks – for more information see here).

To stop users running up large bills on their mobile phone, mobile network operators sometimes impose limits on the amount of added extras that can be paid for via mobile per month. For more information on these limits, contact your mobile network operator.

How do I cancel my Entry?

You can cancel any time by texting STOP to 88000 or calling Donr on 0333 4444 111 (standard network rate charges apply).
You’ll then be immediately removed from the lottery and no further payments will be taken.

How are the winners selected?

When you purchase a ticket to enter, you will be assigned a random 6-digit ticket number.

The Lottery draw is based upon the results of the first six digits of the Germany Spiel 77 lottery, which is drawn every Saturday.

The winning number shall be the first six digits (in the same order) of that week’s draw.

If your 6-digit ticket number matches the winning number then your ticket has won the prize.

The draw results will appear on this webpage.
Any supporters who win a prize, will be contacted via text message to inform them.

How will I be charged?

When you play the ABK / Donr Lottery, the cost of your ticket will be added to your monthly mobile phone bill or deducted from any PAYG credit.
Once Donr has received your payment via your mobile phone provider, the Marjorie Willis charity will then receive their share of your ticket fee.

Can I self-exclude from the Lottery?

Yes, please contact Donr on help@donr.com or 0333 4444 111 who can exclude you from the Donr Lottery.
We will do this by blocking your mobile phone number, so please have this to hand when you contact us.

If you have any questions or concerns about the lottery then you can contact Donr at help@donr.com.
